At Omakase, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home selections, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. If your curated piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, our streamlined process ensures a stress-free exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Omakase account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original designer packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including all tags and assembly hardware.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
